Founder Meghna Krishna Bondili brings 17 years of real estate development expertise that includes sales, pre-development design, marketing & branding strategy spanning over $5BN of new development in New York and San Francisco. Meghna has experience across top-tier residential sales & marketing firms including Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, Stribling Marketing Associates, Douglas Elliman, and The Mark Company, guiding some of the best developments from inception to completion.

Butterfly Voyage’s (BV) deep network within and perspective on the development industry has made a notable impact coast-to-coast. BV has provided the real estate development industry with insights into design, marketing, technology, sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), global collaborators, as well as new opportunities and areas for growth. OUR FOUNDER.

Meghna Krishna Bondili’s extensive background in new development design, marketing, brand strategy, and sales guiding ultra-luxury developments from inception to completion brings top-tier marketing experience and expertise to real estate developers across the United States. Over her career, Meg has managed marketing strategy for over 40 new developments, with an estimated total marketing budget spend of $75MN+.

Prior to founding Butterfly Voyage (BV) in early 2020 Meg worked for, collaborated with, and built teams for the best real estate development sales & marketing firms in New York and San Francisco. Meg’s passion for marketing, expertise at working across cross-functional teams, and keen understanding of stakeholder needs are what inspired her to create BV.

Meg’s vision for BV was to bring the best learnings from marketing ultra-luxury development to all locales and asset types; butterflies are pollinators, and the journey for any real estate development asset is very much a “voyage.” The buildings that we spend our time in are some of the most used products in the world, and this decade will reshape development for generations to come.

Meg is passionate about mentoring people like her who have a non-traditional path into real estate development by providing them with strategic guidance and access to her network. A recent effort was to advise acclaimed architect Elizabeth Graziolo to launch her practice, Yellow House Architects, after a long career as a partner at a notable AD100 firm; YHA was noted as Architectural Digest’s “One to Watch” in February 2021.
